Glenn Johnson, MBA, LSSMBB, CMP

Glenn Johnson is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, with over 15 years of experience driving process improvement across a range of industries, including Utilities, Aerospace, Education, and Finance. He specializes in delivering results-focused training and consulting, with a strong emphasis on service-based organizations.

Glenn is passionate about helping companies scale efficiently and achieve sustainable transformation through data-driven strategies and operational excellence. His practical, outcome-oriented approach has earned him a reputation as a trusted partner in organizational performance improvement.

Glenn holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys flying airplanes and spending time at the beach in the summer, while attending hockey games in the winter.

Robert G. Elliott II, PhD, LSSMBB, CMP

Robert Elliott is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt based in Clearwater, FL. With over 25 years of experience in Process Improvement, he has worked in Government, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Education

Additionally he is a Lead Examiner with over 20 years of experience for the Florida Sterling Council, Florida's Baldridge affiliate program, and a Change Management professional. Robert is passionate about Operational and Performance Excellence, Transformation, and driving high performance.

In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and martial arts. Robert holds a PhD in Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences from Florida State University and a bachelor's from thePennsylvania State University.
